JESUS THE ARCHANGEL!!(updated!!!)

By O. khodjo

Welcome to mis-translations and mis-interpretations

Archangel simply means the head or chief messenger. It's taken from two Greek root words [archo], meaning the first in rule or power, and [aggelos] meaning messenger, or one who brings tidings (good or bad).

It is also translated as the chief or top messenger. The word [aggelos] (messenger) is also translated angel (in that an Angel is a messenger from GOD) to signify one who brings tidings from GOD.

The Hebrew word is malac and it “simply signifies a messenger”
Wherever we see an Angel of the Lord of Host in the Bible, it could also mean a messenger of GOD THE FATHER who brings tidings from GOD THE FATHER.

We need to understand what the Bible says about Jesus.
Jesus is Divine just like the Father. Also Jesus said He was the Son of God several times. The Jews understood Him clearly; they realized that Jesus was saying He was equal with God so they picked up stones to stone Him!
Jesus accepted worship when He was on earth! Even the angels in Heaven did not do this. In the last book of the Bible (REVELATION), John was stopped from worshiping an angel who was in front of him:

The Messenger of Jehovah: A Divine Being
A careful consideration of various texts relating to the messenger of Jehovah will reveal that he is not of the common angelic class. For example:
1.   He promises to multiply Hagar’s seed, and she confesses, “You are a God who sees” (Genesis 16:10, 13).
2.   The messenger called unto Abraham, saying, “By myself I have sworn, says Jehovah” (Genesis 22:15, 16).
3.   He said to Jacob, “I am the God of Bethel” (Genesis 31:11, 13).
4.   It was this messenger who wrestled with Jacob (cf. “angel” in Hosea 12:4) at Peniel, and yet the sacred text identifies this person as God (Genesis 32:28-30; Hosea 12:3-5).
5.   This messenger spoke to Moses from the burning bush, referring to himself as God (Exodus 3:2ff).
6.   The messenger attributed to himself the divine oath (Judges 2:1-3).
7.   This “prince of Jehovah” accepted worship and spoke as God (Joshua 5:13-6:2; cf. Judges 6:19-27).
8.   Ordinary angels refuse worship (Revelation 22:8, 9). A number of Old Testament worthies called this person “God” and the designation was never repudiated (cf. Genesis 16:7ff; 22:11, 14; 48:15ff; Judges 13:21, 22; Zechariah 3:1ff).
There is, therefore, a vast amount of evidence leading to the conclusion that the messenger of Jehovah was a divine being

The Messenger of Jehovah: Distinct from Jehovah
In spite of the fact that the holy messenger is endowed with the traits of deity, he is also distinguished from Jehovah. Repeatedly, he is designated as the “messenger of Jehovah,” i.e., he is Jehovah himself and he is acting on behalf of another who is also Jehovah. (This is expanded in paper THE DOCTRINE OF TRININTY EXPOSED)

In Exodus 23:20ff, Jehovah promised the children of Israel that he would “send an angel” before them as they sojourned in the wilderness of Sinai. This messenger would keep them and bring them finally to Canaan. The Hebrews were warned to listen to his voice and not provoke him; otherwise, he would not forgive their transgressions. Jehovah said, “for my name is in him” (Vs. 21)—which suggests the messenger is a supernatural being. Yet, note the distinction between “my” and “him.”

It would be appropriate at this point to anticipate a question that many sincere students doubtless have. Namely, how can this being be both Jehovah and yet be a messenger from Jehovah?
Is the designation “Jehovah” applied to more than one divine “person”? The answer is yes.
The name Jehovah (Yahweh) is derived from a root form, havah, which means “to be” or “being.” It suggests that deity is absolutely self-existent. But how can a messenger of God be a self-existence as the creator? Is because his name is in him…

We are not surprised, therefore, to see references to more than one deity designated as Jehovah, sometimes in the same passage. Isaiah declared: “Thus saith Jehovah, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, Jehovah of hosts . . .” (Isaiah 44:6).

The Messenger of Jehovah: The Pre-incarnate Christ
A very strong case can be made for the fact that the messenger of Jehovah who operated in the interests of the Hebrew people in the Old Testament was none other than the divine Word who became flesh and dwelt among men (John 1:1, 14), i.e., the Lord Jesus Christ himself. Consider this argument:

As the Old Testament narrative draws to a close, the last prophet speaks of the coming ministry of John the Baptizer (Malachi 3:1; cf. Matthew 11:10). Concerning John, Jehovah says, “[H]e shall prepare the way before ME ; and the Lord, whom ye seek, will suddenly come to his temple; and the messenger of the covenant, whom ye desire, behold, he cometh.”

Note that expression, “messenger of the covenant.” The ancient Jews held this passage to be a reference to the coming Messiah. The New Testament, of course, makes that point quite clear.

And so, conservative Bible scholars are fairly well agreed that the angel of Jehovah, or the messenger of the covenant, so prominent in the Hebrew Scriptures, was the Lord Jesus in his pre-incarnate state.
To this may be added the inspired testimony of Paul, who affirmed the actual presence of Christ as a sustaining companion of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai (1 Corinthians 10:4).
No study of Christ, therefore, can afford to overlook the angel of Jehovah in the Old Testament. Such was a preview of the approaching Messenger from God.

“And I fell at his feet to worship him (Revelation 19:10).  Jesus has ALWAYS accepted the worship of those around Him.

The Ten Commandments specifically says:

You shall have no other gods before Me Exodus 20:3

It also says:

You shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God Exodus 20:5.

Now, if Jesus was not GOD, he would be causing others to sin as well by not stopping this worship of him. Jesus would be an enemy of GOD THE FATHER. All this was allowed by Jesus because the name of the lord is written in him and he represents the father bodily on earth and in heaven until he defeats his last enemy death, then he hands over the kingship to the father who sent him then GOD WILL BE ALL IN ALL, Jesus is GOD but not GOD THE FATHER.

John 1:18
New International Version (©1984)
No one has ever seen God
(the father), but God(Jesus) the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known.
New Living Translation (©2007)
No one has ever seen God
(the father). But the unique One, who is himself God (Jesus), is near to the Father's heart. He has revealed God to us.
English Standard Version (©2001)
No one has ever seen God
(the father); the only God ( Gk, theos), who is at the Father’s side, he has made him known.
New American Standard Bible (©1995)
No one has seen God
(the father)  at any time; the only begotten God ( Gk, theos) who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.
International Standard Version (©2008)
No one has ever seen God
(the father). The unique God (Jesus), who is close to the Father's side, has revealed him.
King James Bible
No man hath seen God
(the father) at any time; the only begotten SON ( Gk=theos), which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Why did king James put SON in the scripture instead of GOD? The word in the greek text is theos =god and not huios=son
In Greek, Lord is "kurios" and it means supreme in authority or Lord. But in Hebrew, Lord is Yehovah and it means self-existent, the Jewish national name of God (The Father).

But in Psalm 113:1 we read,

“Praise ye the LORD, Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the NAME OF THE LORD.”

But "Lord" is "Yehovah/ Yehwah/ Jehovah" in Hebrew, yet you say "Yahweh is the NAME OF GOD THE FATHER" whereas the Scripture says "Praise the name OF the Lord," not “Praise the NAME LORD.”

“Praise YAH! Praise, you servants of YAHWEH, praise the name of YAHWEH.” ….. (Psalm 113:1) WORLD ENGLISH BIBLE

For there is one GOD (the father) and one Mediator of God and mankind, A MAN, Christ Jesus..." (I Tim. 2:5).

There is ONE GOD. Jesus Christ Came OUT OF GOD (the father) and is called the Son OF God.” The Holy Spirit Came OUT OF GOD (the father) and is called the "Spirit OF GOD." But God has bestowed on Jesus ALL THAT HE IS AND ALL THAT HE HAS, hence Jesus operates in the SAME SPIRIT and therefore there is the “spirit OF Christ” which is the SAME spirit OF GOD (the father), They BOTH possess the SAME SPIRIT. And as they possess the SAME SPIRIT, they are ONE! “I and my father are one” (In complete unity and understanding but not physical)
Consider the following scriptures, is same as above.

MK. 10:7-8 for this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become ONE flesh:

Is husband and wife one body? Of cause not, but in unity and understanding and reasoning together, complete unity.

JOHN 17:11, 22, 23 “ 11 I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be ONE as we are ONE
22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be ONE as we are ONE23  I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

The oneness is Not physical but understanding, reasoning together and in spirit (complete unity-Vs.23).

God (the father) promises believers the obtaining of this same spirit also. Hence WE TOO become ONE WITH CHRIST AND OUR FATHER! Furthermore, all of God's (the father) creatures will one day possess this same spirit and then God will be "All in ALL" (I Cor. 15; 28)!!!

The Book of Proverbs 8:22-31 is a witness to COLOSSIANS 1:15...JESUS being the first born of all creation

Proverbs 8:22-31NIV
The LORD (YAHWAH) possessed me at the beginning of his work,
the first of his acts of old.
23 Ages ago I was set up,
at the first, before the beginning of the earth.
24 When there were no depths I was brought forth,
when there were no springs abounding with water.
25 Before the mountains had been shaped,
before the hills, I was brought forth,
26 before he had made the earth with its fields,
or the first of the dust of the world.
27 When he established the heavens, I was there;
when he drew a circle on the face of the deep,
28 when he made firm the skies above,
when he established the fountains of the deep,
29 when he assigned to the sea its limit,
so that the waters might not transgress his command,
when he marked out the foundations of the earth,
30 then I was beside him, like a master workman,
and I was daily his delight,
rejoicing before him always,
31 rejoicing in his inhabited world
and delighting in the children of man.
32 “And now, O sons, listen to me:
blessed are those who keep my ways.
33 Hear instruction and be wise,
and do not neglect it.
34 Blessed is the one who listens to me,
watching daily at my gates,
waiting beside my doors.
35 For whoever finds me finds life
and obtains favour from the LORD,
36 but he who fails to find me injures himself;
all who hate me love
death.”

This whole proverb is talking about Jesus –and it confirms the following scripture.

Colossians 1:15 “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn (Gk=pro-tot-ok'-os…from Dr Strong No G4416) over all creation,

and again in revelation

“And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; these things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God” Rev 3:14

I got this comments from the Peoples New Testament Commentary
The firstborn of every creature, The thought is that he existed before creation began; born of God instead of being created by the divine fiat; born before any creature was called into existence. The passage does not say that he was the first created, but the first-born. He was before creation.”

Let’s look at some few scriptures to understand whether born, created, made or formed means the same or not...as quoted by Peoples New Testament Commentary above.

Whether one is BORN of a woman or CREATED or made directly out of the dust of the ground as was Adam, they are all “creations of God.” Here is Scriptural proof that CREATED can be applied to those BORN of a woman: or FORMED or MADE.

“But now thus says the Lord that CREATED you, O Jacob, and him that FORMED you, O Israel…” (Isa. 43:1).

"…bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; Everyone who is called by my name, whom I CREATED for my glory, whom I FORMED and  ”  (Isa. 43:6-7).

"Thus says the Lord God concerning the Ammonites… I will judge you [Ammonites] in the place where you were CREATED…" (Ezek. 21:28 & 30)

“The name of Amram's wife was Jochebed, a descendant of Levi, who was BORN to the Levites in Egypt. To Amram she bore Aaron, Moses and their sister Miriam” (Num.26:59 NIV)
"I am a Jew, BORN in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city. Under Gamaliel I was thoroughly trained in the law of our fathers and was just as zealous for God as any of you are today. Act 22:3 NIV
“Tell you the truth: Among those BORN of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he”. (Matt 11:11 NIV)

"Have we not all one father? Has not one God CREATED US [ALL mankind]" (Mal. 2:10)
So the defence line from the Peoples New Testament commentary is very porous and weak. First-born and first created, they are all the same from the scriptures above... the bible commentaries are not the best place to fish for the explanations of scriptures but they do help most times? MOST COMMENTARIES GO QUIET ON THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE because it’s the truth and they don’t want to confuse Christendom the already known doctrine.

Some theologians say that the world was created out of nothing, but that is not true, the world was created out of GOD THE FATHER through JESUS CHRIST. whether Jesus was made, or formed before creation, it is still correct to say he was created (BEFORE TIME) That is, begotten before every creature; subsisting before all worlds, Jesus existed before the foundations of the earth, that is correct but he is not GOD THE FATHER, but the name of GOD THE FATHER IS WRITTEN IN HIM.

Exodus 23:21 Gods Word Translation: “Pay attention to him, and listen to him. Don’t defy him, because he will NOT FORGIVE YOUR DISOBEDIENCE. HE IS ACTING ON MY AUTHORITY.”

Exodus 23:21 King James Version“Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; FOR HE WILL NOT PARDON YOUR TRANSGRESSIONS: FOR MY NAME IS IN HIM”

The image of the invisible God - Whom none can represent, but his only begotten Son; in his divine nature the invisible image, in his human the visible image, of the Father. The first begotten of every creature - That is, begotten before every creature; subsisting before all worlds, before all time, from all “EONS”.

Are you still lost? YES! Then please start again from the top. I don’t support trinity so u have to understand this letter from my point of view or just stop reading because am not writing to support trinity.
John 1 (Young's Literal Translation)

“In the BEGINNING was the Word, and the Word was with GOD (THE FATHER), and the Word was God; this one was in the BEGINNING with GOD(THE FATHER);  all things THROUGH  him did happen, and without him happened not even one thing that hath happened.  In him was life, and the life was the light of men, and the light in the darkness did shine, and the darkness did not perceive it.
There came a man -- having been sent from God -- whose name is John,  this one came for testimony, that he might testify about the Light, that all might believe through him;  that one was not the Light, but -- that he might testify about the Light.
He was the true Light, which doth enlighten every man, coming to the world;  in the world he was, and the world THROUGH HIM  was made, and the world did not know him: to his own things he came, and his own people did not receive him;  but as many as did receive him to them he gave authority to become sons of God -- to those believing in his name,  who -- not of blood nor of a will of flesh, nor of a will of man but -- of God were begotten

JESUS WAS BORN OUT OF GOD (THE FAHTER) and ADAM & EVE were also born out of JESUS, so all have the image of GOD (THE FAHTER) SO CHRISTIAN THEOLOGIANS ARE WRONG! The world was created out of God (THE FAHTER)!!!

"Through faith we understand that the worlds [ages] were framed [prepared] by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear [are visible]" (Heb. 11:3)

For how long shall we be ignorant of the truth? Let us change our preconceived ideas about the word of GODis good to be a mighty scholar for Jesus, don’t soak all bogus issues into your spirit, confirm always with the word of GOD.

THE ARCHANGEL

In the book of Daniel10 we read:

Dan 10:13 “but the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia”.

Daniel is telling us we have lots of Chief Princes that is correct. This does not bring contradiction at all because we know there is only one archangel, so why chiefs (many), lets read from the book of Hebrews.

Hebrew 1:1-14 New American Version
1 God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways,
2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, THROUGH  WHOM  also He made the world
3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
4 having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they
5 For to which of the angels did He ever say,
 “YOU ARE MY SON,
 TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU”?
 And again,
“I WILL BE A FATHER TO HIM
AND HE SHALL BE A SON TO ME”?
6 And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says,
“AND LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM.”
7 And of the angels He says,
“WHO MAKES HIS ANGELS WINDS,
AND HIS MINISTERS A FLAME OF FIRE.”
8 But of the Son He says,
“YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER,
AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM.
9 “you have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
therefore God, your God, has anointed you
with the oil
(elaion=olive oil (el'-ah-yon))  of gladness

above your COMPANIONS
10 and, “you, lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
and the heavens are the works of your hands;
11 they will perish, but you remain;
and they all will become old like a garment,
12 and like a mantle you will roll them up;
like a garment they will also be changed.
but you are the same,
and your years will not come to an end.”
13 but to which of the angels has he ever said,
“sit at my right hand,
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet”?
14 are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?

There we go; Jesus was anointed with oil of gladness above his companions (above all the Chief Princes and the Angels) IN Vs.9, AND IN Vs.4 WE ARE TOLD AGAIN THAT HE WAS MADE BETTER THAN THE ANGELS (HIS COMPANIONS). Yes he is one of the CHIEF PRINCES but higher than all, that is the (ARCHANGEL) and he is the only ONE that commands them and they obey him because God gave him special privileges that no ANGEL has ever gotten from God, GOD empowered Jesus to be like him NOT IN REALITY, but in power and authority but Jesus never takes authority on his own without listening to the FATHER.

What’s the meaning of companion from Webster Dictionary?

com·pan·ion
Pronunciation: \kÉ™m-ˈpan-yÉ™n\
Function: noun
Usage: often attributive
Date: 13th century
1 : one that accompanies another : comradeassociatealso : one that keeps company with another
obsolete : rascal
3 a : one that is closely connected with something similar b : one employed to live with and serve another
4 : a celestial body that appears close to another but that may or may not be associated with it in space

In the book of Colossians, we are told plainly that he is the first-born of all creations.
Why is it so difficult for Pastors and Theologians to accept that Jesus was created or born out of God before time!. Even if GOD did raised a stone to save the world and GOD put his name in the stone, are you guys telling me you won’t listen to the stone because its a stone, even though GOD THE FATHER has empowered it? How Pray Tell? Search your hearts then, obeisance is BETTER. Ignorance will take us to HADES! That means you know better than GOD.

In Daniel 10 we read:
Daniel 10:21 "However, I will tell you what is inscribed in the writing of truth. Yet there is no one who stands firmly with me against these forces except Michael your prince.

Why did the angel referred to Michael as Daniels Prince? If Michael is a prince for the Angels, he can’t be prince for Daniel (HUMANS) as well because the angels are not greater than us so they can’t rule us: After the message has been delivered to Daniel, the Angel (Most likely GABRIEL) told him that no one supports him to fight such forces apart from Daniels PrinceMichael the Archangel.

In the book of Daniel 12 we read:
Dan12:1-4
1“At that time Michael, the great prince who PROTECTS your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress (Tribulation Period=Matthew 24) such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered.

2Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.

3Those who are wisea will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.

4But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”

END TIME SUMMARISED!
Let us note two things:
1. The PEOPLE OF GOD will be in great affliction and trouble, Are we not reading Matthew 24 the TRIBULATION period in here? An identical twin (JESUS & MICHAEL) is this not exactly what Matthew 24 says?
And next
2GOD (THE FAHTER)) will send his (messenger) to deliver, whom he here calls Michael The Archangel, who is proclaimed by the preaching of the Gospel.
Does this tells us is Jesus?

Michael signifies, who is like God, and his name, with the title of the great Prince, points out the Divine Saviour. Christ stood for the children of our people in their stead as a sacrifice, bore the curse for them, to bear it from them. He stands for them in pleading for them at the throne of grace. And after the destruction of antichrist, the Lord Jesus shall stand at the latter day upon the earth; and He shall appear for the complete redemption of all his people.

When his gospel is preached, many who sleep in the dust, both Jews and Gentiles, shall be awakened by it out of their heathenism of Judaism. And in the end the multitude that sleep in the dust shall awake; many shall arise to life, and many to shame. There is glory reserved for all the saints in the future state, for all that are wise, wise for their souls and eternity. Those who turn many to righteousness, who turn sinners from the errors of their ways, and help to save their souls from death, will share in the glory.

LET’S SCRIPTURE INTERPRET SCRIPTURE

Rev. 12: 7-12, “and there came war in the heaven;

Michael and his messengers did war against the dragon, and the dragon did war, and his messengers and they did not prevail, nor was their place found any more in the heaven;

and the great dragon was cast forth -- the old serpent, who is called 'Devil,' and 'the Adversary,' who is leading astray the whole world -- he was cast forth to the earth, and his messengers were cast forth with him.

And I heard a great voice saying in the heaven, 'Now did come the salvation, and the power, and the reign, of our God, and the authority of His Christ, because cast down was the accuser of our brethren, who is accusing them before our God day and night;

And they did overcome him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life -- unto death;

Because of this be glad, ye heavens, and those in them who do tabernacle; woe to those inhabiting the land and the sea, because the Devil did go down unto you, having great wrath, having known that he hath little time.”

In REV 19:11-18 NIV.
The Rider on the White Horse (DESCRIBING JESUS)
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war.
His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.
He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God
The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean.
Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.
On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
Let’s try and do some parallel interpretation now

IN THE BOOK OF
1 Thess. 4:16, we read, “because the Lord himself, in a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and in the trump of God, shall come down from heaven, and the dead in Christ shall rise first,”

This verse somehow describes, Jesus being the archangel:  “in the voice of the archangel” the voice of command which only Christ (commander of the ANGELS) has and not any mere MESSENGER of GOD.

I know for sure at this point that Jesus is REALLY the angel of the LORD, the angel of God, the angel of the covenant, the Archangel Michael, who appeared time and again in the Old Testament to speak directly to His people. Michael is just another title for the Son of God, Jesus Christ, the principle messenger of the gospel to humanity.

In the Jewish literature, Michael is described as the highest of the angels and identifies him as the angel of GOD THE FAHTER which is often mentioned in the Old Testament as a divine being.
In fact I have found that many Bible scholars, such as Charles Spurgeon, Matthew Henry, and Dr Strong actually identify Michael as being Christ, the Son of God. The only thing I have found them gone quiet on is whether he is a created being or NOT

In Thessalonians we see that the Lord is descending from heaven and He is shouting with the voice of the archangel. Most people seem to think that it is the archangel that is shouting and not Jesus.
Actually there are two possible meanings to the text:

(1) The archangel could be shouting for Jesus;

OR

(2) Jesus could be doing the shouting Himself and he is using the voice of an archangel because He is the Archangel.

Some might think there is a third possibility, that two voices are sounding; Both Jesus and the archangel. However, if we look at Vs. 16 in the Greens Literal translation (below) we will see that this is probably not an option.

Because the Lord Himself shall come down from Heaven with a commanding shout of an archangel's voice, and with God's trumpet. And the dead in Christ will rise again first. Thess. 4:16 Greens Literal Translation

Now let’s see what Christ said when He was on Earth. John 5:25-29
Vs. 25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

Vs. 26 for as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

Vs. 27 and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man

Vs. 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice

Vs. 29 and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

If we compare the two Bible texts above (1 Thess.4:16 and John 5:25-28) we see one of the strongest cases for supporting the idea that Michael is definitely Jesus.
We saw that there were two possible meanings to: "the Lord Himself shall come down from Heaven with a commanding shout of an archangel's voice

Jesus has got the voice of the archangel, the commanding voice, which belongs to Michael only. John 5:25, 28 solves the problem: "the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God". So in 1 Thess. 4:16it’s the archangel's voice, but in John 5it is the voice of the Son of God! One cannot be wrong and the other right. Michael the Archangel must be Jesus! Both verses are talking about same event.
Also, in both Thessalonians and John we see that the voice causes the resurrection of life. The dead in Christ will rise when they hear His voice! This is the same event and Jesus and Michael must be the same person.
Let's look in the Old Testament for some more evidence. In the book of Joshua, we see that Joshua also saw Michael the Archangel

Joshua 5:13-15 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?

And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD  (GOD THE FAHTER) am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? And the captain of the LORD'S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.

This account in the book of Joshua is very interesting because we can now "nail down" who Joshua saw. Joshua met the captain of the Lord's host and we find that it is God (Jesus/Michael) and not GOD THE FATHER. Joshua worshiped Him, and He did not stop Joshua in his worshipThis is significant.

In Revelation, when John tried to worship an angel, the angel told him not to do that:
“And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship GOD: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” (Rev19:10)

We are only to worship God! so if that is MICHAEL and not JESUS why did he accepted the worship, come on people of GOD THINK, loose up a bit, let your old traditional way of understanding the bible change from the old lies we have been thought centuries ago.
Jesus could take worship because
“For there is one GOD (THE FAHTER) and one Mediator of God and mankind, A MAN, Christ Jesus...” (I Tim. 2:5)
And if MICHAEL is not JESUS he can’t take worships
So, what Joshua saw was Jesus. Joshua is told that this ground is holy and to take off his shoes. He is in the presence of God. Also, we see that this Being accepted the worship and the reverence that Joshua gave Him. He actually invited Joshua to worship and reverence Him! Angels will not accept worship at all. When John tried to give honour to an angel, the angel stopped him:
We also see that Jesus accepted worship when He was on earth! Many times, Jesus accepted the worship of the people around Him (Matthew 14:33; 28:9, 17; Luke 24:52; John 9:38; Hebrews 1:6).
In much of the Old Testament, this Being is identified as the angel of the Lord, but to Joshua, He identifies Himself as the captain of the Lord's Host! Who is that? Who is the captain of the Lord's Host?

In Revelation 12:7 we saw that it is Michael that led the angel forces in Heaven.
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Now we find that the angels in Heaven are Michael's angels and that Michael leads His angels in battle against Satan! So, we can see that Michael is indeed the Captain of the Lord’s Host, He is their leader.
Putting Joshua 5 and Revelation 12 together, we see that Joshua saw a man who identified Himself as the Captain of the host of the Lord. That man is Michael, who is also God (Jesus). Also we must remember the meaning of Archangel. Archangel means the chief, Leader or commander of the Angels in Heaven!
Now, in Revelation 19, we see a very interesting change in the leader of the armies of heaven. Michael will be called by a different name.

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.
His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.
He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Rev. 19:11-14

We now see in Vs. 13 that it is The Word of God who leads the armies of heaven! From John 1:1 we read: In the beginning (which beginning?) was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. So, the Word of God is Jesus. Jesus is leading the armies of heaven!
Before in Rev. 12 we saw that it was Michael who was leading the army of angels. Now in Rev. 19 it is Jesus. Why?

Rev. 3:12 “And I will write on him My new name.”

And in

Rev. 19:12 “He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.”.

His description is also changed. He is now called "Faithful and True" (see Rev. 3:14). And His robe is dipped in blood. This is indeed Jesus. And He is identified in a way that reflects what He has done for us.
We can also see that Jesus now has eyes like a flame of fire [Isaiah 66:15] and He also has many crowns on His head.
If we read Rev. 11:15-18 Following on in Rev. 19, we see that in Vs. 14, 19, and 20; the army of heaven is indeed His army

“And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army

Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.
And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.” Rev. 19:14, 19-21

So, In Joshua 5 and Revelation 12 we saw that Michael is the chief of the angels. He is the leader of the armies of angels in heaven. But in Revelation 19 we saw that it is Jesus Himself who leads the armies of heaven against Satan and his armies. It is the same BEING. It’s just that Michael/Jesus now has a new name.

Remember that we already saw that "the Lord Himself shall come down from Heaven with a commanding shout of an archangel's voice" 1 Thess. 4:16

And we also saw that
"…the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God" John 5:25.

So when Jesus comes to reward His sleeping saints He will shout with a voice that is identified as both that of the archangel and that of the Son of God.
This all shows that Michael the Archangel is Jesus and HE is fully divine. He is also the chief of the angels, or the captain of the host of the Lord. He is the one who leads the angels to victory and destroy Satan and his dominion!

THE ANGEL OF THE LORD
Let's look at this subject from another angle. Jesus is called the Word of God:

John 1:1-3, 14 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

So Jesus must be the one who speaks to us, since He is the Word. Then He became a man and lived among us.

“No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him” John 1:18

It is Jesus who has declared the Father. This makes sense since He is the Word of God. He is the one who expresses the thoughts of God. Also, which is interesting; No one has seen God (the Father) at any time. If no one has ever seen the Father, then it must have been Jesus/Michael who was seen by Moses and the others throughout history.

When Steven was brought before the Jewish Leaders in the Sanhedrin, just before he was stoned; Stephen started telling the story of their fathers. In that story, he says that Moses talked with the Angel on Mount Sinai

Acts 7:37-38. "This is that Moses who said to the children of Israel, 'The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear'. This is he who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the Angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, the one who received the living oracles to give to us”

Stephen's story agrees with John 1:18 in the specific example of Moses, saying that Moses actually talked to Michael the Archangel on Mount Sinai.
Look at this text:

1 Peter 1:10-11 “Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.”

In the text above, we find that it was the Spirit of Christ that was in them. It was His spirit, the Spirit of Christ that inspired the prophets in the times of the Old Testament.
So, if the Spirit of Christ had inspired the prophets of the Old Testament, then it makes very good sense when John says that Jesus declares the Father to the world. After all, Jesus is the word of God! If Jesus has been the one who has communicated with man then we can see why "No one has seen God at any time". JOHN 1:18

In the Book of Exodus, God promised to send an Angel to go before them.

Exodus 23:20-21 Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for my name is in Him.

So, this Angel has God's name. He has the name of Yahweh or Jehovah because God's name is in Him, so he is called YHWH (Hebrew) or JEHOVAH (English)
Now Paul just comes out with it and tells us that this Angel is Jesus!

1 Corinthians 10:1-4 “Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock (Jesus) that followed them, and that Rock was Christ”

That Rock was Christ. What is Paul talking about? Let's go to Exodus and find specifically who it is that Paul is referring to, because I have always thought that an ANGEL led them.

“And THE ANGEL OF GOD, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and WENT BEHIND THEM; and the pillar of cloud went from before them and STOOD BEHIND THEM
So it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. Thus it was a cloud and darkness to the one, and it gave light by night to the other, so that the one did not come near the other all that night.
Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and THE LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.

So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
And the Egyptians pursued and went after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
Now it came to pass, in the morning watch, that THE LORD looked down upon the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud, and He troubled the army of the Egyptians. Exodus 14:19-24.

Paul in 1 Corinthians 10 is specifically speaking of the crossing of the red sea and of that cloud where GOD was. So Paul identifies Him as JESUS. Now in Exodus, we have the the Angel of God and THE LORD both representing same story in different chapters; who is in the cloud that went behind to go between the camp of Israel and the Egyptians.

So are we saying the two scriptures are contradicting? Nope! They will only contradict if we don’t accept that they are both talking about the same being.

IS BECAUSE THE LORD (JESUS) IS SAME AS THE ANGEL OF THE LORD=MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL...LOOSE UP MY PEOPLE!

So Paul and Moses are clearly saying that the Angel of God is Jesus. When the LORD looks down and causes trouble for the Egyptians, we now know that it was Jesus who did these things because He has God's name in Him
Isaiah adds to this thought by saying that the Angel of His Presence has saved, redeemed, and carried Israel all throughout the days of old. Isaiah says that this angel became their Saviour!

Isaiah 63:7-9 “I will mention the loving kindness of the LORD And the praises of the LORD, According to all that the LORD has bestowed on us, And the great goodness toward the house of Israel, Which He has bestowed on them according to His mercies, According to the multitude of His loving kindness.

For He said, "Surely they are my people, Children who will not lie." So He became their Savior.
In all their affliction He was afflicted, and THE ANGEL OF HIS PRESENCE saved them; In His love and in His pity He redeemed them; and He bore them and carried them All the days of old.”

So the angel that has The Father's name in Him, who is also called the Angel of His Presence has always been the Saviour of Israel all through the days of old. He has saved, redeemed, and carried them. It is no wonder that Paul identifies Him as being Christ
These things about the Angel of God help to confirm that it has always been Jesus all along who has led God's people, even through all the days of old.

“No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.” John 1:18

It has been Jesus all along who has lead God's people! And He has been identified as the Angel of God and the Angel of His Presence

When The Angel of the LORD appears before Manoah and his wife, which are Samson's parents; The Angel of the LORD says something different. He identifies Himself as having a name that is WONDERFUL!

Judges 13:15-23 “Then Manoah said to the Angel of the LORD, "Please let us detain you, and we will prepare a young goat for you."And the Angel of the LORD said to Manoah, "Though you detain Me, I will not eat your food. But if you offer a burnt offering, you must offer it to the LORD." (For Manoah did not know He was the Angel of the LORD

Then Manoah said to the Angel of the LORD, "What is Your name, that when Your words come to pass we may honor You? And the Angel of the LORD said to him, "Why do you ask My name, seeing it is wonderful? So Manoah took the young goat with the grain offering, and offered it upon the rock to the LORD. And He did a wondrous thing while Manoah and his wife looked on--it happened as the flame went up toward heaven from the altar--the Angel of the LORD ascended in the flame of the altar!

When Manoah and his wife saw this, they fell on their faces to the ground. When the Angel of the LORD appeared no more to Manoah and his wife, then Manoah knew that He was the Angel of the LORD. And Manoah said to his wife, "We shall surely die, because we have seen God!"  But his wife said to him, "If the LORD had desired to kill us, He would not have accepted a burnt offering and a grain offering from our hands, nor would He have shown us all these things, nor would He have told us such things as these at this time."

Whose name is it that is wonderful? It is none other than Jesus Christ!
Let’s see what other bible versions say in JUDGES 13:18
NIV: He replied, "Why do you ask my name? It is beyond understanding."
NAS: But the angel of the LORD said to him, "Why do you ask my name, seeing it is wonderful?"
GWT: The Messenger of the LORD asked him, "Why do you ask for my name? It's a name that works miracles."
KJV: And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, seeing it is secret?
BBE: But the angel of the Lord said to him, Why are you questioning me about my name, seeing that it is a wonder?
YLT: And the messenger of Jehovah saith to him, 'Why is this -- thou dost ask for My name? -- and it is Wonderful.'
Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called WONDERFUL, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace”

The Hebrew word for "wonderful" (pil-ee', paw-lee') in Judges 13:18 is the very same Hebrew word for "Wonderful" (pil-ee', paw-lee') in Isaiah 9:6. The Strong index NO. 6382 and it means incomprehensible, beyond our understanding, wonderful. Or secret, difficult,

So The Angel of the LORD says that his name is wonderfulJesus and the Angel of the Lord are described in the same way… So who is the ANGEL of the LORD? Is JESUS!!!=MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL
So, the Angel of the LORD's name is wonderful and we know from Exodus 23 that God's name is in Him
We have already seen that He is also called the Angel of God's Presence!

For He said, "Surely they are my people, Children who will not lie." So He became their Savior. In all their affliction He was afflicted, And the Angel of His Presence saved them; In His love and in His pity He redeemed them; And He bore them and carried them All the days of old. Isaiah 63:8-9

The description of the Angel of God's Presence describes an activity that is Divine in nature where He became their Savior and was afflicted in their entire affliction. In His pity, He redeemed them. So, this angel was the Angel of God's Presence, the Angel in whom was the Name of the Great GOD, and His name is Wonderful! Wake up people of GOD, stop being ignorant to the word of GOD.
In the Jewish literature, Michael is associated with the Angel of the LORD which is often mentioned in the Old Testament as a divine being.

The best Old Testament source for connecting the angel of the Lord with God is the burning bush experience of Moses:

And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place where on thou standest is holy ground.
Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God (THE ANGEL OF THE LORD). And the LORD (THE ANGEL OF THE LORD) said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; Exodus 3:2-7

Notice that the same thing that was told Joshua was also told Moses. Both were instructed to take off their shoes since they were now standing on holy ground. It is because they were now in the presence of God! This must be none other than Jesus/Michael the Archangel! (He’s the only one who fights for us DAN 10:21) and not a mere ANGEL
Now, in Zechariah 3:1-2, we see another example where the Angel of the Lord is identified as being God. Let's also compare it with Jude 1:9.
THE ANGEL OF THE LORD
MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL
Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him.

And the LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebukes you, Satan! The LORD who has chosen Jerusalem rebukes you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?"
Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel.
Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, "Take away the filthy garments from him." And to him He said, "See, I have removed your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with rich robes."
And I said, "Let them put a clean turban on his head." So they put a clean turban on his head, and they put the clothes on him. And the Angel of the LORD stood by.
Zechariah 3:1-5
9.  Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" Jude 1:9
In Zechariah, we see Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the Lord. Satan, the accuser, is also present to oppose what the Angel of the Lord is doing. In the second verse, the Angel of the Lord starts speaking to Satan. In this verse The Angel of the Lord is actually called "the LORD". We know that it is not the Father speaking. Why would the Father say: "The Lord rebukes you"? No, it is not the Father. It is the Son! The Lord is speaking of GOD THE FATHER.
Jude 1:9 is an interesting parallel which helps to confirm that it is the Angel of the Lord and not the Father who is speaking in Zechariah. Because the Angel of the Lord in Zechariah is doing the very same thing that Michael the archangel did in Jude…anymore doubting Thomas???
The three things in common that connect Zechariah 3:1-2 and Jude 1:9 are:
 (1) They are referring to the same person. The Angel of the Lord is Michael the archangel.
(2) In both texts, Satan is confronted.
(3) Both times, He does not accuse Satan directly, but he refers the rebuking of Satan to the Father. Both times He says: "the Lord rebuke you". So Satan is approached in the same way.
So we again have the Angel of the Lord being identified as being the Lord. The Angel of the Lord is shown to be God.
Some use Jude 1:9 to show that Michael and Jesus is not the same individual, however we now see that Jude in connection with Zechariah is really evidence showing that the Angel of the Lord is actually the Lord, it is Jesus.
Jacob also saw and wrestled with a man who turned out to be God:
Genesis 32:24-30 “And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.

And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.

And he said, let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. And he said unto him, what is thy name?
And he said, Jacob.

And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved”

That was Michael/Jesus, he saw him face to face. Remember nobody sees God and live!! That says the scriptures.
There is another truth of the Angel of the LORD in Genesis 28:20-22, Judges 6:11-23, Num. 22:21-35
And again in

Exodus 14:19-20 “And the Angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud went from before them and stood behind them. So it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. Thus it was a cloud and darkness to the one, and it gave light by night to the other, so that the one did not come near the other all that night.”

In Exodus 14 we have the Angel of God who goes before the camp of Israel, but in Exodus 13, it is the LORD who goes before them.
This is the same story. Amazing!!!....Anymore doubting Thomas? Come on people, loose up!! the people of GOD.

Exodus 13:21-22 “And the LORD (Angel of the LORD) went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people”

here we have evidence showing that the Angel Of God (Michael the Archangel) is the same as the Lord and that is Jehovah God (Jesus) because the name of God the father is put in him and that makes him God but not GOD THE FAHTER but bears the name of the father, Jesus or Michael cant do nothing without THE FAHTER)
Am one step ahead of the Jehovahs witnesses who don’t agree that Jesus is Jehovah but he is the archangel. Jesus is Jehovah/Yahweh, he bears all the names of THE FAHTER throughout the old and New Testament but he is not GOD THE FATHER

KNOWLEGDE OF INTEREST

ISAIAH 26:4 Young's Literal Translation: Trust ye in JEHOVAH for ever, for in JAH JEHOVAH is a ROCK OF AGES”
WHO IS THE ROCK ACCORDING TO PAUL? IS IT GOD OR JESUS?

EXODUS 6:3 King James Bible: “And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.”
Who do u think this is? Almighty God and Jehovah.??

ISAIAH 12: 2 Darby Bible Translation: Behold, God is my salvation: I will trust, and not be afraid; for JAH, JEHOVAH, is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation.”
WHO IS OUR SALVATION?
Jesus Christ was the GOD of the Old Testament! Jesus Christ was JEHOVAH! Moses SAW and HEARD Jehovah, God Almighty
Yet John Tells Us That,
"No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, HE HAS DECLARED HIM" (John 1:18).
And this,
"And the Father Himself, which hath sent me, has born witness of Me. ye have neither HEARD HIS VOICE at any time, NOR SEEN HIS SHAPE" (John 5:37).
So Who Is The JEHOVAH In The Old Testament? “ME BISA? MESAN ME BISA BIO!”
Over The Centuries, Theologians And Bible Students Have Come To Realize That There Are Some Improper Translations Regarding The Who Owns The Alpha And Omega Title, But They Have All Missed The Point Unless They Really Know Who Jesus Is, Let Us Check The Following Criticisms From Bible Students.

(1) At Revelation 1:8, its owner is said to be God, the Almighty. In Vs. 11 according to KJV, that title is applied to one whose description thereafter shows him to be Jesus Christ. But scholars recognize the reference to Alpha and Omega in Vs. 11  to be spurious, and so it does not appear in RS, NE, JB, NAB, Dy.

(2) Many translations of Revelation into Hebrew recognize that the one described in Vs.8 is Elohim, and so they restore the personal name of God there.

(3) Revelation 21:6, 7 indicate that Christians who are spiritual conquerors are to be ‘sons’ of the one known as the Alpha and the Omega. That is never said of the relationship of spirit-anointed Christians to Jesus Christ. Jesus spoke of them as his ‘brothers.’ (Heb. 2:11; Matt. 12:50; 25:40) But those ‘brothers’ of Jesus are referred to as “sons of God.” (Gal. 3:26; 4:6)

(4) At Revelation 22:12, TEV inserts the name Jesus, so the reference to Alpha and Omega in Vs.13 is made to appear to apply to him. But the name Jesus does not appear there in Greek and other translations do not include it.

(5) At Revelation 22:13, the Alpha and Omega is also said to be “the first and the last,” which expression is applied to Jesus at Revelation 1:17, 18. Similarly, the expression “apostle” is applied both to Jesus Christ and to certain ones of his followers. But that does not prove that they are the same person or are of equal rank, does it? (Heb. 3:1) So the evidence points to the conclusion that the title “Alpha and Omega” applies to THE FAHTER, not to the Son.

(6) And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, ALL POWER IS GIVEN UNTO ME IN HEAVEN AND IN EARTH" (Matt. 28:18)

  • This is as simple as ABC, is not a rocket science, grow up people of GOD.

Belt up, I will be back.
GOD SHOULD HELP US ALL…
